Who we are
The Hive Young People’s Centre is run by the Chard Area Youth Committee, Essex Close, Chard, Somerset TA20 1RH. Contact: info@thehiveypc.co.uk.
What we collect and why
- Enquiries and messages (hire, volunteering, contact, feedback): to reply to you and manage your request.
- Holiday bookings: parent or carer contact details, children’s names, school year, any medical or allergy information and an emergency contact, so we can run sessions safely. Medical and emergency details are encrypted and deleted automatically after the programme.
- Donations: your name, email and, if you choose Gift Aid, your name and address so we can claim it from HMRC.
Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
Cookies
This website only uses the cookies it needs to work (for example, keeping forms secure). The map only loads Google Maps — which may set its own cookies — if you choose to show it.
How long we keep it
